
GRAN RESERVE
Of a dark cherry-red color with hues of brick, suggestive aroma with an ample, enveloping, velvety flavor and a long and pleasant finish. Varieties: Garnacha. Harvest: Second week of September. Preparation: Rigorous selection of grapes and temperature control, fermented at 26º and 29ºC, with adequate pumping and maceration for wines intended to remain in barrels for a long time.
Food pairing: Red meat, game, cured cheese and roasted lamb. Serving temperature: Around 16º /18ºC.
