Balsamic, spiced, good intensity, well combined. Full in the mouth  with good retronasal. Dark red cherry colour. Full intenese aroma, slight tannin with a smooth lasting taste. Recommended for meat, poultry, roasts, rice and cheese. Serving around 16º-18ºC.
